Russian battleships:
SQUADRON BATTLESHIP "CESAREVITCH"
 It is laid in 1899 in Toulon (France), on 23 January, 1901, it is gone
down to the water and in 1903 entered the system. On 22 February, 1904, it was damaged by
the torpedo, released from the Japanese torpedo boat, but it was soon repaired and newly put
into operation. During September 1904 after battle with the Japanese squadron in the
yellow sea the Battleship burst open into the Chinese port Kiao-Chao, where it was
interned to the end of the Russo-Japanese war. Subsequently it became part of Baltic
fleet. On 10 October 1907 it is transferred into the class of battleships. It participated
in the First World War and the February bourgeoise democratic revolution. In 1917 it is
renamed into the " Citizen ". During December 1917 to heavy ice conditions it
from Helsingfors (Helsinki) to Kronstadt. From May 1918 it is suitable lasting storage.
During the years of civil war ship artillery was used on the river and lake flotillas and
at the land fronts. In 1924 it is selected to the metal.
